Sheryl Driggers is a keynote speaker, leadership coach, and entrepreneur with 25 years of business leadership experience. In 2001, she co-founded a collision repair company in Tallahassee and helped grow it from a single shop into three thriving locations before selling the business in 2021. Today, she brings that real-world experience to her work with Collision Advice, where she helps leaders create cultures that customers love and teams don’t want to leave.
Sheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing and is a certified coach and trainer with the John Maxwell organization, a Maxwell Certified Behavior Analysis Trainer, a certified facilitator of the Working Genius framework by Patrick Lencioni’s Table Group, and a certified facilitator for the Appreciation at Work program. She has spoken for organizations including Nissan, Stellantis, and the Women’s Industry Network and has shared the stage with bestselling author Chris Voss at the Disney Institute. She is also a contributing author in the bestselling book Influence and Impact.
Known for her warm, down-to-earth style, Sheryl loves helping leaders move from transactional to truly relational, build high-performing teams, and find purpose beyond the bottom line. She has been featured as a “Culture Master” on the cover of FenderBender magazine and honored with awards including the Most Influential Women Award from the Women’s Industry Network and the Big M Courage Award.
When she’s not speaking or coaching, you’ll usually find Sheryl with her family—her husband Jason and their two kids, Barrett and Madison—at a racetrack, softball field, or somewhere outdoors.
She is passionate about her faith, serving others, and living out her belief that excellent business starts with genuinely caring for people.
