Sheryl Driggers, a keynote speaker and leadership coach, has embarked on a successful 20-plus-year entrepreneurial journey. Co-founding a Tallahassee-based collision repair center in 2001, she demonstrated her business acumen by growing the business into three locations before successfully selling it in 2021. This transitioned Sheryl into coaching and speaking with Collision Advice, where she focuses on enhancing customer and employee experiences for collision repair shops. With a bachelor's degree in business & marketing, Sheryl is not only a certified coach and trainer for the John Maxwell organization but also a Maxwell Certified Behavior Analysis Trainer, a testament to her continuous professional growth and achievements.
Sheryl has addressed audiences at leadership conferences, including those hosted by Nissan, Stellantis, The Women's Industry Network, and more. She has had the incredible opportunity to share the stage with best-selling author Chris Voss at the Disney Institute. She speaks passionately about topics such as "Beyond Transactional to Relational" and "Finding Purpose Beyond Business," making her a sought-after speaker and thought leader in customer and employee experiences and entrepreneurship.
She's thrilled about her collaboration as a contributing author alongside best-selling author Chris Voss in the best-selling book, "Influence and Impact."
Her profound impact on corporate culture has earned her features in prominent business magazines as well as the title of “Culture Master” on the cover of FenderBender magazine. She has been honored with the “Most Influential Women” Award from The Women's Industry Network and the “Big M Courage Award” for her upbeat and hopeful inspiration to others. Sheryl's insights into creating healthy team dynamics and impactful businesses are further shared through her contributions to the Leadership & Customer Experience columns of ABRN magazine, as well as several leadership podcasts.
As the author of the Weekly Devotionals for her church, she extends her influence to a broader audience, leading people to deepen their faith. Sheryl discusses themes of perseverance, the keys to building high-performing teams, and finding her identity beyond a career in her relationship with Jesus. Sheryl's dedication to community service is evident through her founding of The James 215 Project, a nonprofit organization aiding those in need. She works to live out her life philosophy of caring for people and delivering excellence in every area of her life.
Sheryl cherishes time with her family, including her husband of 24 years, Jason, and their children, 19-year-old Barrett and 18-year-old Madison. They're often outdoors at racetracks, softball fields, or hunting expeditions.
